Cathedral Ledge Distillery

Since 2020, Cathedral Ledge Distillery has offered organic, gluten-free spirits proudly handcrafted in New Hampshire, and it’s the only certified organic distillery in the state.

Open every day at noon, its timber frame distillery features a tasting room for you to come experience spirits where they're made. Tasting flights of up to 5 spirits are offered, along with cocktails, and a variety of tableside snacks are available for your enjoyment. The distillery is child and dog friendly, and complementary EV charging is offered.
